I remember several things...................the nasty scratchy nap rugs, having to bring in kleenex and a snack pack once a month to share with the class.
And I also remember this was the first time that we had to SHARE on such a large scale. I mean I remember it being MY birthday yet I had to share with the whole class :( at the time I couldn't understand why, if it was supposed to be MY happy time I had to give everyone else something.
Now as I have grown and matured, I understand it really is better to give than to receive. Yet sometimes we find ourselves on the receiving end anyhow.
Recently I was on the receiving end and got a brand new Gypsy from Provo Craft, now since I already have one and it has an extended warranty on it and you can't load your carts on more than one Gypsy I thought I would SHARE this week.
So I am going to give away my brand new Gypsy and a cartridge to one lucky person.
All I ask is that you tell me one thing that has to do with sharing, whether it was you that shared, someone shared with you or someone you know sharing with someone else.
Leave a way for me to get a hold of you if you win.
I will be having Chance draw a name out of the hat (or bowl or pumpkin or something) on Monday afternoon.

You really had us going there. You are too kind. Did you give that sofa link on purpose...LMAO...if not it is still funny:) Thanks and enjoy how you are feeling today:)

I love that PC has shared with us the circle so we have so many friends now that we can share with. It was nice sharing time with you at the Swarm. I have a G now but would lave to share with a scrapping friend. I also wanted to post on your blog
Wow,what a fantastic opportunity. Great of you to share with us! Thanks so much for the chance to win!
Wow, what fun! I would love to own a Gypsy!
If it wasn't for my DH, being so kind, I would never be here in the Circle world and have met all of you.
I love to share my excitement of "our world" and encourage all of this creativity!!
You are amazing Dawn....truly AMAZING!
I have shared my love of scrapbooking with my mom. I share my cartridges and share my knowledge of new techniques and I share when I find good deals and enable her to spend money...LOL!!
I am so glad you are having a good week....here's to you getting more good news soon!
http://www.scrappininthewoods.blogspot.com/
I'm a very sharing person. :) My husband and I make a date out of donating blood - which to me is a very awesome way to share! I've also found out that I have more than enough platelets to donate to cancer patients - so I'll be doing this whenever there is a need. (Apparently platelets don't have much of a shelf life.) :)
I remember sharing a few wonderful Fourth of Julys, vacations in Nevada, and great times with some very special people :) !
Dawn, you are so kind! I realize more and more all the time that my oldest is growing up (he's almost 7) when he shares something with a friend or family member that I would never expect him to do!
I love being a Creative Memories consultant because I can share, my love of scrapbooking with people..
I have really met some great people through scrapbooking and I hope that I have introduced new people to new friends at crops..
I remember a few Fourth of Julys, Laughlin, and wonderful memories 'shared' with special people !
(Third try ~ let's see if it's charmed LOL)
I like to buy bulk packs of scrapbook paper at Tuesday Morning or Big Lots and share them with my scrappy friends.
One of the things I love most about scrapbooking is the way people are always willing to share their stash! My motto is if you don't want to share your stash you might as well not be a scrapbooker!
Thanks Dawn for sharing your good fortune with someone!

I won a Gypsy at the Circle Blog & was thrilled to give it to my best friend. Well guess what, another friend, who also can't afford to buy one, is now wanting one badly. So - if I win this one, it will also be gifted.
Oops forgot to leave my email address: mklsutiger@comcast.net
I am glad we finally know what's going on. I was about to lose my mind on the CC MB!!! You are so awesome Dawn. Those boys are very lucky that you were put in their path (and I am sure you feel lucky that they were put in yours!!) glad that you are having a great week (no one deserves it more!!) Also glad you were able to go to the swarm.
As I am a grade one teacher, my days are FILLED with sharing of all kinds (and sometimes, not so much sharing). The wonder of children never ceases to amaze me every single day. Thanks for the chance to win an amazing prize. You rock!!!!

How awesome that you are sharing the kindness!!
My daughter is 2 right now and we are going through the "mine!" stage. We talk about sharing every day in our house. It is so wonderful when she hands something over to someone else!

I already bought my Gypsy from you but would love one for my mom for her bday next month. She's been watching me use mine and now wants the Gypsy and the E! Thanks for being there to offer us such great prices!
Sharing. It is the most valuable thing you can teach your children!
Yes you did indeed have us going Dawn, but was fun!
Thanks for the chance to win a Gypsy and congrats on 300 + followers on your fab blog and your 1,000+ posts on the MB!

Oh my, I am in TX right now sharing my vacation with my youngest grandson and his family. He is 7 and is sharing all his knowledge of the TITANIC with me. And I am sharing what I know about scrapbooking with my Daughter-in-law (she just might get hooked!) Will be back in MI before HAlloween to share the wonderful colors (IF they aren't all gone by then)

Thanks Dawn for sharing such a great chance to win a Gypsy. If I win it, I will be sharing it with a friend, as I too have my own already. I would love to be able to surprise this person with their own Gypsy. It would make their day! Thanks, Penny

Well, I had a blast sharing a room with 4 strangers (and one I knew) over the Utah weekend. I don't really need the Gypsy so if you draw my name, please share the G with a second person! (I'd love a new cart though!)
When I was little I had to share the bed with one sister & I hated the fact that I couldn't have my own room. Thanks for the chance at your great giveaway.
you can reach me at rockin2@mts.net
One of the great things about scrapbooking with friends is the sharing of stuff. All one needs to do is say "Does anyone have....." and everyone races to find it for them. I love that.

Dawn you are such a sweet lady. thank you for this opportunity to win and I wish you all the best on Monday! Debbie :)
debbiecstone6@msn.com
Dawn - I have been following your story and posting occasionally. I have been a foster parent and have had many children in my homw. Some stay overnight others a few weeks, still others the rest of their lives. I would like to thank you for sharing your life with children in need. Family or not it takes a great capacity for love to be able to take the turmoil, upset and chaos that goes with fostering. Don't forget yourself in this. It is very easy to do and doesn't do good for anyone. Just keep loving them and sharing yourself. I will be praying for you on Monday. Karen
Thanks for a chance to win!
A MB member shared her faith with me and then sent me a book on Faith Booking!
How great is that for sharing!
I remember Kindergarten and nap time, and then in first grade the teacher told us we'd be going to the Rest Room... and I'm remembering Kindergarten and nap time thinking coooooooool there's a room just for resting... then walking in to the room and I was filled with disappointment. It was nothing but a bathroom, and I said as much... loudly.
I'm glad I got to share CHA with my sister. And if I win the gypsy I'm going to give it to my friend so we can share Cricuty things :D
i think scrapbooking is all about sharing! supplies and ideas of course, but also sharing the feelings and stories that go with our pictures with the friends we scrapbook with. P.S. I've read some of your story on the circle board, and I have such respect for you and the task you;ve taken on.
I love to share the cards I make and also I enjoy making scrapbooks for other people. Dawn I hope you make it to the Ohio meet up. I would love to meet you. Those little boys are adorable.

As you may know Dawn, I have a co worker whose son was seriouly injured in an accident. I have seen so much sharing from so many people of their time, money, donations and compassion. Amazing the good that can come out of something so bad.

When my hubby was really ill over a year ago, so many people were sharing in their faith, love, time and we felt surrounded by love. Dawn, you are such a sweety!

Dawn, I have twins who have had to share their entire life and they never cease to amaze me with their patience and generosity with one another. If I win the gypsy I will be sharing it with my sister Beth who is disabled and has just started crafting. Thanks for the chance to win such a great prize.
Penelope0315@gmail.com
Well for the past week I shared my time with the Senior Parent Organization and the high school cheerleaders.
I used my Cricut Expression to design locker signs for the Class of 2011, the cheerleaders and football players. Boy, am I exhausted still!! :-)
Wow! What a fantastic thing to do! Thanks so much for the chance. I want a gypsy so bad but it really is not in my budget right now.
The most recent sharing I have done is donate all my extra cards I have made to my grandmas nursing home to be used for prizes in their bingo games. I am now working on some Christmas cards for them. It makes me happy to have something to do with them and the old ladies love them!!
Love your post Dawn!!! Congrats on your 300/1000!! I hope Chance takes a chance on my name!!!

I had to share my room growing up with my 11 yr younger sister with bunk beads UGHHHHHHH. Thanks for the fun post
Kathy Eddy 1
my story of sharing is my bff shared her talent of crafting with a cricut E and taught me how to use it and let me play on hers till my sweet hubby bought me one for my bd. And now I'm sharing my new info that I've learned and passing it down to her since she's teaching as a sub. hs art teacher for awhile till the reg. one comes back and doesn't have time to play as much. And if I'm ever so lucky to win this gypsy and since I already have one I'll be giving it to her casue she doesn't have one yet but fell in love with mine on one of her visits. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
trinitywallace@ymail.com
I had to share my bedroom (and a bed) with my siblings until I became a teen. Of course, I've always had to share the blame (or got all of it) when something went wrong. I guess being the eldest didn't help, either. I have the G but would love for my Cricut-loving friend to own one. Money is tight for her and her husband right now as he's running his own business in this tough economy.
How generous of you Dawn! I share my cartridges with my sisters because I have most of them and they don't have the means to buy so many. If I win - I will be sharing as well - one of my sisters is dying to get one! Thanks for the chance to win!
qtme2003 at yahoo dot ca
Thanks for the chance to win.
I love that people share their projects, ideas, reviews & tips with everyone else.
If I win this Gypsy I will be giving it away to someone.

I have been loving sharing the laughter and tears on the MB with my Circle Sisters! Makes me know we are all connected across this glorious planet earth no matter our backgrounds. Glad you are happy Dawn..you so deserve it! Hugs
If I won a gypsy I would give it to my son and his wife as I gave them a Cricut for Christmas one year and this would be a great gift to them. I love to share and love it when I can see all the neat things MB members share on the MB. bettylarryn@yahoo.com
Dawn, you sure can bring out the best in people! Thank you. You have us all band together and egg you on in sharing with us. THE CIRCLE CIRCLES'. My DH and over the yrs have shred everything, from our home to our hearts. WE raised 5, (youngest 26) and then again are raising 6 more (adopted) after 15 yrs of fostering, sharing our love and lives has proven so worth while.
Thanks for the fun and laughs you bring, even in your difficult times. If I win my BFF will win as she so desperately would love a G, just no funds to buy.
Blessings to you.
You are amazing! I hope that you have a great Monday! Good luck Chance and ?? (old age, sorry!) I don't need the G, but I know someone who does. And I met her in the Circle! Love that place!
awe, I missed the sofa link. If I won a Gypsy, I would give to my daughter, she has been wanting one very badly.
Thanks for the chance.
I have shared my love of Cricut with my friend Michele. She is now hooked! We have spent the last 4 weeks together crafting

Wow what an awesome thing to do! Sharing is wonderful! I love to get together with my scrapping friends and share our supplies and techniques. I just love it when they are looking for something and I have the perfect thing to make it work! Weather it is a piece of paper, ink or bling I love to help out and share! Thanks for the opportunity! :)

o, this is a great giveaway, I will always have to and want to SHARE the love I have between both of little boys, its hard to give them both equal time and they dont really like SHARING me either, but I cant not belive the ammount of love that one little person can give me and that I can give back to two.....
I meet, frequently, with a group of ladies to scrap and make cards.
I have a lot of carts and I have been taking them with me to the crops. Although I know I will not be using but just a few, I feel the need to take them all, for those that don't have them. I take my laptop and use do a search, to find what they need, and them locate the cartridge. I'm having back surgery in Dec. and a Gypsy would help take the load off.
Congrats on your blog.
Sharing...I do a little of that each day at work. I am a nurse, so you know what that is all about. Also, I just gave my baby bug to a friend that couldn't afford one. I have my big bug and hated that she didn't have one at home.
Great contest! You are a hoot!

You really had us going......but I love the end. Very generous of you, Dawn.
As a PICU nurse, I usually end up sharing many experiences with my families. I have made some wonderful friends through the years as a result.
I just walked in the door from a trip to the post office. I had a giveaway on my blog and just shipped off some of my unused goodies to the winner.
What a generous thing to do. Yesterday, I gave my DD (6 yo) time out yesterday for mouthing back to me, she started to cry (she was having a bad day) and my DS (3 yo) went up to her and handed her his pillow pet and said, you can hold this until you feel better. He was just so sweet to her. She hugged him and said thank you so I let her out of time out.:) They fight like cats and dogs most of the time but It is nice when they show that they really do love each other
Very nice giveaway thanks !!hope everything works out the way you want in court.Hope I get to meet you at the ohio meet up.millierose651@aol.com
The best is sharing of myself with my family. Sharing and building home with my dh and more importantly sharing the joy of raising two little miracles.
Thanks for Sharing Dawn! :)

You are just too funny! I am glad I got to meet you.
I try to share and bring extra lunch box at work so that one of my co-worker can have a special meal.
I already have my Gypsy (and I looooove it) but I would love to be able to give it to my sister-in-law.

Wow! What a great contest. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, it often seems that I spend my entire day teaching them how to share with each other and get along. It's a tough job, but when they actually manage to share with each other without being hounded to do so, it's a wonderful thing.

Sharing is HARD sometimes. I've had to explain that to my 4 year old. But he is MUCH happier when he SHARES his toys and they can all play together...
Sharing can be a sacrifice, initially...but the returns or rewards of sharing outweigh those sacrifices!
Thanks for sharing YOU, Dawn!

Dawn, you are such a special person, what a wonderful giveaway.
I love the fact that I can share my thoughts and projects on the Circle MB. My best friend thinks it is a waste of time to do what I do, so other than showing my dd's and husband I have no one else to show my stuff to and no one to talk about all the great purchases and no enabling like you all do. Thanks to all my Circle friends.

Thanks for a chance to win a Gypsy!
thank you for giving us a chance to win the gypsy; patricia_letsdon@hotmail.com
Learning to share can be a tough lesson for some. I love to share my time and talent with my family and friends. I have always enjoyed showing my children how much fun you have when you share or give of yourself and all of them have learned this lesson and as a parent it makes me feel so wonderful!!
You are the sweetest Dawn! I love sharing and this hobby really is the greatest. I would definitely love to win, and thank you so much for telling me about your contest.

Well, I have a almost 4 yr old daughter. Who thinks everything is hers. She had even taking over my E and likes to pick out what cartridge and what I will cut lol. So, I share with her all day and love that she gets really excited over my scrapbooking stuff!
What a nice giveaway! I try to share help with people when I know something that they're asking. I know it's not something tangible, but I always am really appreciative when someone takes the time to explain something to me, so I try to do the same. :)

My DIL shared with me her passion for scrapbooking. If I win, I will give the Gypsy to her. I just came home from taking her some spools of ribbon that I knew she needed for her goodie bags she made for a church fund raiser.
Thanks
Sharon (scrappyone from the Circle)
Thank you for sharing a wonderful gift. I have shared all my life with family and friends and if I should win, I will share this with a good friend who would love to have a Gypsy.
How awesomely sweet of you!.. thanks for the opportunity to win!
I love that the Lord God has given me the ability to share my strength, knowledge, and life with my children, my family, and my friends.
I recently saw a quote from a little girl... She said she couldn't wait to grow up, because junk food isn't bad for grown-ups. We have the same double standard with our children about sharing. After all... how many of us could let a brand new Gypsy out of our hands without a fight? :) Kudos to Dawn!
i remember in grade school we would bring in something to share with the class and we would pass it around so everyone can have a look at what we broght in. i also shared my cricut with a friend until she got her own. thanks for a great giveaway i would love to own a gypsy, some day. soon i hope.

You had me wondering what you were up to! Thanks for putting some new excitement on the MB! Have a good day and may God bless you exceedingly...Pamela
When I was a little girl, being I was the older sister, I had to do the laundry, clean, wash and iron all our clothes, and my baby sister just sat around, so then one day, I had a nickel that my mom had given me because she knew how hard I worked, and I had to take care of my baby sister, even though we were only two years apart, she got away with a lot. We passed a candy store, at that time a nickel would buy three pieces of candy, I saw the look in her eyes and that nickel was well spent, still today, she brings up that nickel and shares everything, but still won't help CLEAN...I LOVE HER DEARLY Maile 1933
Well I bought a gypsy today, so if I win. I am going to give it to a friend at work. She has barely used her cricut, and I want her to use it more. thanks for the kindness.

First of all this is soooo super kind of you! And secondly... I like to share lots of things... my crafting, my yummy food recipes with friends and family, my time with those who need someone to talk to.... my cartridges with my friends who don't have many.... my joy of holiday decorating... it puts a smile on all my neighbors faces.... And I know there is more... it's just something I like to do! :o)
kingcobras_69atfrontiernetdotnet
Thank you for your generosity. For many years I was a girl guide and brownie leader. I brought my crafting ability to every meeting and always paid for the costs out of my own pocket. The girls made their families the best crafts for Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Christmas etc. I loved to see their little eyes light up when they saw what they would be making! Thanks again Dawn!
Well I love to share my craft "Collection". Most people don't like to use mine because they think it is for something special. They just don't realize that the happiness of seeing others enjoy something as much as you do is the BEST.. Whether it is a meal you drop off, walk in the park or a surprise concert ticket. The giving person is the most rewarded.
I do have a gypsy and will give it to a crafter that is on a limited budget but enjoys her little cricut more than anyone I know.
Hi Dawn!! How generous you are - thank you!!! Ok - sharing: my hubby shares the indoor house responsibilities with me and I am so grateful.
Thank you for the chance to win!!

When my husband was recovering from his brain aneurysm hemorrhage, people in our church cooked dinner for us several times a week! I'll never forget their help and love. Many of them really couldn't afford to be cooking for others so I consider this the ultimate in sharing!
Sharing it is the most valuable thing I'm teaching to my daughter & should be teach to any children!
Thank you for sharing with us all your day to day and for been so generous and giving away a gypsy!
Thanks

You have given so much of yourself to those little boys and to us. Thank you.
I love to share the love of crafting with my students. I teach high school. I donate all the paper, embellishments and time to make cards for soldiers, their families and their friends. They also get to make scrapbook pages. I have many students that come back after graduation to show me what they are doing. I have also had them come back and tell me that they got Cricuts for graduation or Christmas or birthdays. So cool.
Thanks so much for offering this. You are awewome.

What a kind thing to do!I grew up with 2 sisters and 2 brothers so i learned sharing at an early age!!!Now in the scrapbook world I do alot of sharing...ideas, supplies, secrets and friends@
It's nice to share things with fellow cricut people, through Rak's or Circle Pals etc. It is nice being able to share gifts and the lives of family members and friends.
Thanks for a chance to win Dawn.
You can contact me on the Circle MB(skydolphin).

This is such a nice thing to do...I just gave a huge box of scraping supplies to a friend of mine, who does not have $ to spend. she was so excited she cried. and gave me a huge hug. her & her daughter spent hours looking at everything. and deciding what they can make with it all. I would love to win this Gypsy for her. she has a donated cricut machine with donated carts from 2 other friends.

A fellow crafter shared her hotel room with me - allowing me to attend CHA in Chicago!! We had been on the same NSSS group for a couple of years but we had never met face to face!! By her doing this i was able to meet many of the fellow Circle members and NSSS's!!! My Gypsy just died so I would love the opportunity to win one!! Thanks for the chance!!!
I love the sharing that happens on the various crafting boards, blogs, sites, etc. People are so eager to share what they've done and how they've done it. And then of course, there's the sharing of GREAT DEALS (and extra Gypsies)!
I share all my cricut stuff with my best friend. We have such a good time together.
Thanks for a chance to win.
I love the way all the talented crafters share their creations with all of us.
The 1st sharing that came to mind was when I shared my quilting skills making quilts for the police officers to carry in their cars & give to the children they came in contact with (domestic violence, car accidents, etc) and also by teaching others to quilt. I'm really wrestling with my concious about getting a G since I just bought the Imagine and joined the Circle but I really want one. I think it will open up a whole new creating world for me & I REALLY want that exclusive cart on it!!! I am truly impressed with your generosity...thank you so much for the chance to win a G and let me still be "a good girl"!!
Sharing is such a wonderful thing for you to be teaching your grandsons about. They are so blessed that you are sharing your life with them! Thank you so much for the chance to win!

I like making hats for the Newborn ICU at the hospital. I make them with the knifty Knitter. Thanks for the chance to win.
Wow!!! :) What a great thing to share! This is so sweet & generous of you! I so wanted to go to the Cricut Swarm (couldn't believe that the grab bag had a Gypsy in it!), but it was just too far...
My parents were always teaching us the true meaning of sharing, but the thing that I remember most (especially at this time of the year) is when they made a whole Thanksgiving dinner and bought a ton of groceries to give to an elderly patient that would visit the doctor's office my mother worked at. Rather than make her feel bad (she was too proud to accept handouts) or like she owed anyone, my mother and father had us kids deliver it anonymously! It felt so great to bring a smile to her face and to know that we made a real difference!!!
Thanks for the chance to win,
Jennifer

How wonderful of you to give away a new Gypsy!
I've shared my home for the past 8 months with my BFF of over 24 years.
She has recently been having some health and financial issues so I let her move in with me until she can get back on her feet. It has been an adjustment sharing my home (and income) but sometimes we are called to help others and share with others. I'm sure she would do the same for me.

Sharing...still trying to learn to share my life with my husband after 15 years of marriage. Trying to get him to understand that it should be a more 50-50rather than this 90-10 thing we've got going on...and yes, I'm 90! ;) Thanks for the chance.

Thank you so much for this opportunity. I am one of the few that do not own a gypsy. There are many stories I could tell but one that stands out happened last Christmas. My Aunt and I volunteered to help a local family. We would go once a week to help the young children with english. Right before Christmas we brought Stockings filled with little dollar items.( slinkys, crayons, stuffed animal etc). We brought the mother a bag of food. The kids carried those stockings around as if we gave them gold. They did not rip them open they just walked around with the biggest smiles on their faces. To this day it still makes me feel good.
Dawn, those boys are so lucky to have you!!!

Love the new pics! I like that I now have a blog and can share my ideas and crafts. None of my family or friends are scrapbookers so it is really nice to share the blog with everyone else.
I love to share my passion for memory preservation, scrapbooking & Cricut. I teach classes for free to anyone who askes me to. I also will create items from my Cricut and give them away if asked for.

Thank you for the chance! lol
Sharing is such an important trait to have as a person. I love to watch a toddler see another crying and come over to share a hug or their toy or candy.
It is too bad that as we age, we sometimes lose that simple act of caring for another human.
WOW, what an awesome thing to do. I would love to win this so I could be on the giving end and give it to my sister, who has a 2yr old DD and on one income (HUBBY)just surviving in this economy. She has a create and not much else.
I am fortunate to have 2 women in my life that share all of themselves, one is my mother and the other a very close friend that lives very far away.
These are the 2 most caring women I know. I wish that I could be more like both of them.
I will never forget the 2 weeks I shared with my friend Sue as we volunteered at an orphanage in Romania. Life changing to say the least. I am thankful for that time.
Thanks for the chance to win a Gypsy. If I win I will be sharing with one of those 2 wonderful women.

Sharing...
learned at an early age with 6 brothers and sisters that you have to share. Kinda glad I was the oldest so at least I had a shot at something that was new before I shared it with the younger kids.
Good luck with everything!!

I think that I have the ultimate story of sharing. I have a dear kind sister that two years ago shared the absolute best gift she could. She gave our father her kidney so our children would have more time to spend with their dearly beloved Grandfather. I have a Gypsy so I'm planning on sharing this one with her if I'm fortunate enough to be the one drawn. Thanks for the generous gift whoever wins it.

Thanks so much for the chance to win! I love sharing ideas at my local CS, we have a group meet up once a month, order pizza and get to work, they let us try new products and we have a wonderful evening.

No kindergarten for me!
The one thing I can say about sharing is that the best gifts are always the ones that you can share with someone!
