Amazing! How thin did you have to get the dough? I'm really surprised that the dough didn't tear or get caught up in the blade. Can't wait to try it...thanks!

Wow, thanks for all the positive comments. The dough is rolled about the thickness of a nickle, I just eyeballed what looked like it would fit under the roller LOLAfter rolling I put it in the freezer, then cut and removed excess, then placed back in the freezer for a good 10 minutes and then it came off all in one piece nice and easy with a regular plastic kitchen spatula
